Thank you for reaching out to our shop for repairs. Please answer some intake questions and sign our “Work & Payment Authorization Agreement” to get your insurance claim work file started.

In order for us to repair your car and coordinate a car rental, we will need a photo of your valid driver license and proof of insurance. Full coverage is needed for a rental. If you only have liability, Enterprise will require you to pay additional coverages at your own expense.
