As an auto collision repair specialty shop with over 26 years of experience, our passion is to get your car to pre-loss condition while providing exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

We can help with your insurance claim from start to finish, communicate with you throughout the repair process, and we also assist in coordinating a car rental at the time of your vehicle drop off so you don’t have to worry. If your car is not safe to drive, we will tow it for you.

And remember, it’s your car and it’s your choice. By law, insurance cannot make you go to their contracted shop.

As a courtesy for having your vehicle repaired with us, Roadside Assistance is provided to you for a period of 12 months from the date identified on your invoice.

This benefit is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Coverage is strictly limited to the specific vehicle identified on the original invoice.

Roadside service is available in the United States and Canada.

Covered services include:

• Towing†

• Lockout service

• Flat-tire assistance

• Fuel, oil, fluid, and coolant delivery service. You must pay for the costs of the actual fluids delivered.

• Battery jump-start

Call 800.ACDelco (800.223.3526), prompt 3, then prompt 2, to be connected with a nationwide service provider. Payment is not required for covered services.

✨WORDS OF WISDOM

We know dealing with an accident claim can be stressful but since we have dealt with thousands of claims since 1997. Here are some words of wisdom to help you have an easier claim experience if you ever need to file a claim in the future.

• Get full coverage insurance - you never know if you will encounter a hit and run or the party may not carry a valid insurance. Full coverage insurance provides coverage for most scenarios, it will even pay out the current value of your car if your vehicle is stolen.

• Ensure you have comprehensive insurance on your policy - it can cover theft, vandalism, glass and windshield damage, fire, accidents with animals, weather, or other acts of nature.

• Ensure you have rental coverage on your policy - if the other party does not have insurance, you do not want to be carless while your car is in the shop for repairs for weeks or even months out due to part supply chain issues.

• If you want only OEM replacement parts, some insurance companies offer an OEM parts endorsement or additional optional coverage that you may be able to purchase with your insurance policy.
